On behalf of the Pinnacle Condos in Atlantic Beach, I retained Silva Landscapes to install a patio, fire pit, sodding, and landscape lighting. Alex Silva was helpful in the planning stages. He was extremely responsive. He delivered the contracted for product. I was very pleased with the end product and felt that the pricing was fair.

Alex and his team put a patio in for us last spring. He worked with us on the design based on what we thought we wanted- but it turned out to be more than I dreamed! The pictures include the building process and then us enjoying it one evening. Silva Landscapes was fantastic to work with! Not only did they build a beautiful patio and seating wall, but they handled all of the landscaping and left our yard in better shape than when they arrived! It's a year later and I can say that the patio has become an extension of the house- it's my favorite place to sit and relax, read, cook, and entertain with friends.
I love the design of my backyard shrubs! The crew did a great job, including cleaning up afterwards. I look forward to using Silva Landscapes for my next project.

Silva Landscapes is top notch. We discussed my ideas and Alex came up with a beautiful design. His crew worked very hard and are professional and courteous. This was a large project, including flagstone patios, a bar, sod, tons of trees and other plants as well as a bubbler fountain. My yard is beautiful and I highly recommend Silva Landscapes!

I'm happy to write this review for Silva Landscapes! Alex and his crew did a fabulous job in taking what was a giant mess and turning my backyard into a beautiful, inviting space. Working with Alex was so easy! He had a book of samples and went through them with me, offering suggestions and design ideas. When it came time to do the work, Silva Landscapes exceeded my wildest expectations. The crew was meticulous in their work, polite, and left the worksite clean and organized. I feel very confidant in recommending them!
Javier and his team were incredibly kind and did and amazing job grading and installing sod in our yard. They cut great flower beds and the grass looks amazing.
